Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of your purchase we will be happy to refund within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.

All items must be returned in a resalable condition, unworn with all original tags attached.

If your received item is faulty, damaged or the incorrect item(s) have been received, please email us at customerservice@ontrendboutique.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund up to 14 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Any items which are found to have make-up or other stains or marks on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop, but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments and shoes are only tried indoors.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, pierced jewellery, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. This may not apply if your item is faulty, or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. Please also be aware all sale items are non returnable.

You are responsible for the cost of the postage to return any unwanted items, we do not offer pre-paid return labels.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning any goods to us to ensure that they get back to us safely, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels which do not reach us.

Please post all returns to On Trend Boutique, 1 Back O’ The Beck,  Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1PH  enclosing your full name, order number and reason for return.
